Is "license borrowing" available with a progeCAD network license like it is with an AutoCAD network license?

AutoCAD has a license borrowing feature that allows a network license to be accessed even when disconnected from the network. Is this feature available in progeCAD?

It is possible to check out a license to take with you for a pre-set period of time. I believe this is what you are referring to as "borrowing"
