"Printer not activate error code .41". Please help.

Question

When we use Print function to convert a drawing to PDF file, we selected printer "Progecad PDF Printer 2011".  We got an error "Printer not activate error code .41"

Do you still have the progeCAD 2010 Professional software installed on your machine?
Please follow these steps for both progeCAD 2010 and 2011 Professional installations:

1. Close progeCAD
2. Open the "Start "menu > type "Run" in the white bar. Delete the text you would eventually find and press <Enter>.
3. Right-click the progeCAD icon > select "Properties"> "Find Target"> open the "PDFADD" named folder
4. Look for the "Install.exe" file and drag it in the "Run" box, on the text bar, this way an address should automatically appear
5. At the end of the address, leave a blank space and type "-u" > press the "ok" key
"C:\Program Files (x86)\progeCAD\progeCAD 2011 (2010) Professional ENG\PDFADD\install.exe" -u
6. After you remove all the installed PDF/JPG printers,
following the proposed steps both for the progeCAD 2010 and 2011 Professional versions, re-install them.
To do it, please download and run the required application from the following link:

Please be sure that you have your anti-virus/anti-spam softwares deactivated during the installation process.
These could influence the installation process giving undesired results.
