I tried remove the printer and reinstall few times and get the same error message code :2 as the following:

did you already try to re-install the progeCAD software?
Do you still experience the same occurring issue, not being able to print employing the progeCAD PDF Printer?

As a work-around, we could suggest you to download the valid PDF Creator from the Internet, you could have it for free.
You could use the PDF Creator as your printing device,
the latest version provides you the PDF Architect tool that you could employ to edit your PDF files.

PDF Creator can convert a drawing to PDF.  Thank progeCAD. The limitation is PDF Creator doesn't have an option which allow us to save all the layout into one PDF files.  We have drawing with multiple layouts.

As I previously told you, as work-around, we could suggest you to download the PDF Creator from the Internet, you could have it for free.
You could use the PDF Creator as your printing device,
the latest version provides you the PDF Architect tool that you could employ to edit your PDF files.

With the PDF Architect you will be able to open multiple PDF documents simultaneously and to merge them afterwards.

It is good answer.  I like it.  However, the process of saving each drawing to a PDF file then open each PDF file and merge them to one PDF file is not practical for our business.
