DWG-Explorer does not appear / no input window appears

Question

It is given in the command line \"EXPLORER \" nothing happens.
Every farther input or mouse click is answered with \"Windows standard warning tone \".
The only repeated operate to the key ESC finishes the state.
The identical behaviour with STRG + F2...

What is the cause?

Hello ,

to solve the occurring issue, we would advise you to follow this procedure:

1. Close progeCAD
2. Open the Windows"Start">"All Programs>"progeCAD">"Utility" menu and select the "Restore toolbar and menu" option
3. Select the desired profile (Default is the only available option in case you did not create another profile, in case you have to select this one)
4. Select all the available options in addition to the already checked ones, do not check the first option if you created and selected  your personal profile
5. Follow the proposed procedure
6. Open progeCAD and check if the problem is solved

Please notice THIS WILL AFFECT ANY CHANGE PREVIOUSLY APPLIED to the progeCAD TOOLBARS and MENUS.
These would be RESTORED to the DEFAULT configuration.
