Famous progeCAD Customers

On July 29, 1958, President Dwight D. Eisenhower signed the National Aeronautics and Space Act, establishing the National Aeronautics and Space Agency as the United State's civilian space program and aeronautics and aerospace research agency.

We're not quite sure what progeCAD is used for at NASA, it's all real hush hush over there. We do know that they have been a customer of ours since at least 2005 and we have yet to be invited for a ride on the space shuttle. What's up with that?

Sandia, Argonne, Brookhaven National Laboratories

Argonne, the nations first national laboratory, and Sandia, which stands for national security were established in 1945, followed close after in 1947 by Brookhaven, a part of the Manhattan Project, The National Laboratories perform research and development related to national security and defense, life sciences, and peaceful use of nuclear power.

Like NASA, we don't really know what they use progeCAD for. Since most of what goes on at our National Laboratories is Super double TOP SECRET scary stuff we probably wouldn't really want to know anyway, we don't ask them too many questions. And they don't tell us any secrets. Quite Symbiotic!

Topp's Chewing Gum

It was first, back in 1938, when it was all about chewing gum! After World War II, Topps Gum evolved into Bazooka Bubble Gum, named after a musical instrument of all things. In 1950, the creative minds at Topps decided that they could sell even more bubble gum by inserting trading cards. The Rest, as they say, is History!

progeCAD is in use at the Topp's company on design and repair of parts for the various equipment that makes their chewing gum. We haven't been put on their trading cards yet but after this outstanding season we're hoping we make the cut this year!

Coca Cola

Coca Cola was born in Atlanta, Georgia, on May 8, 1886. Dr. John Stith Pemberton, a local pharmacist, produced the syrup, and carried a jug of the new product down the street to Jacobs' Pharmacy, where it was sampled, pronounced "excellent" and placed on sale for five cents a glass as a soda fountain drink.

Coca Cola uses progeCAD for that unique taste that is kept a closely guarded secret! not really, we just wanted to see if you were listening. Actually progeCAD is used for design of new equipment for their bottling plants.

Discovery Channel Telescope

Forty miles southeast of Flagstaff at a site called Happy Jack, they are building the 4.3-meter Discovery Channel Telescope. Through the Lowell Observatory partnership with the Discovery Channel, they'll be bringing you a look at how its fascinating science works.

progeCAD, through a site license grant, is scanning the heavens each night hoping to discover a new planet, black hole, or even... Alien Lifeforms! oh, and it is being used to help design the telescope mirror mounts and the rigging that the telescope will be mounted on

Getty Conservation Institute

The Getty Conservation Institute works internationally to advance conservation practice in the visual arts broadly interpreted to include objects, collections, architecture, and sites. The Institute serves the conservation community through scientific research, education and training, model field projects, and the dissemination of the results of both its own work and the work of others in the field.

The Getty Conservation Institute uses progeCAD in their educational programs and for mapping some of the ongoing excavations of historical sites.

Amer Group Ltd, owner of Wilson Sporting Goods Company

Wilson Sporting Goods was incorporated in 1913 as the Ashland Manufacturing Company, and was originally established to find unique ways of using slaughterhouse byproducts of a nearby meat-packing firm. From there is has grown to be the largest by market share producer

of products for the sporting industry. Wilson uses progeCAD to design their sporting goods equipment, balls, bats, etc. and for design of the equipment that helps to manufacture them.

Eagle is the next generation high earth orbit satellite under construction now by AMSAT North America. Eagle will provide many services and reliable communications

on bands previously not available. Design of the satellite and it's carriage for the ride up is being performed on progeCAD through the generous donation of a site license courtesy of progeCAD USA

Priefert Rodeo and Ranch Equipment

Located among the green hills on the outskirts of Mt. Pleasant, Texas, the Priefert Ranch is a 3,000-acre ranch. The ranch runs a cow/calf operation and is also involved in the commercial hay business. It was on this ranch in 1964, that Marvin Priefert built his first headgate. That single piece of ranch equipment became the

foundation of one of the of the largest and most respected ranch equipment manufacturing companies in the world.

Priefert has a site license of progeCAD and most of the items that they sell are designed using progeCAD.

Halcrow delivers planning, design and management services for developing infrastructure and buildings worldwide. We contribute to the construction, operation and maintenance of the built environment, and the protection, enhancement and maintenance of the natural environment.

Halcrow bought the first ever global site license of progeCAD and they use it, in combination with AutoCAD and other design software to design and develop everything from Bridges, to Buildings, to Marine facilities. If its Big and it needs to be Built, then Halcrow can most likely design and build it.

British Petroleum

From a worldwide supplier of petroleum to cleaning beaches of oil soaked wildlife, how did they do it? We're just kidding. BP is a customer of progeCAD and we are not clowning around when it comes to the disaster that happened in the Gulf of Mexico.

It is unfortunate that one of the customers of our products was involved in this disaster. We have it on good authority that the use of progeCAD had absolutely nothing to do with it.
