I have been using IntelliCad since the '98 version by Visio... This one is the best yet, a little bit of time learning the new interface (the drawing settings / properties panel is amazing) and some of the menu items are in different places, but so what? I can just move anything around anywhere...
I highly recommend this to anyone who uses .dwg format, especially when you consider your budget.
