File not saving at as viewed level, not moving or copy issues.

When I erase, copy or move items in a drawing it looks like the command works correctly but then they don't erase, copy or move. If I do a zoom all or a REGEN the items that I just worked on disappear and items I erased re-appear. It does not happen every time maybe 3 out of 5.  I have RECOVERED the files and they come in with 0 errors and 0 fixes.
Could it be my video card or some other hardware?

It could be the video card. Try turning off hardware acceleration. There is a companion program that gets installed with progeCAD called the progeCAD Center. Go to the Windows start menu and look for it in the progeCAD entry, start up that program and go to settings. Then turn off hardware acceleration. That should fix the errors you are seeing.

Dear Customer,

we still look forward to receiving your feedback, after disabling the hardware Acceleration.

In addition, we'd like to collect your System information.
To create its record, in a fast and easy way, please download the PC_info.bat file from the following link:

Double click the pc_info.bat file, and go to the c:\temp folder. Wait for the PC_info.txt file to be created (it will take some seconds).
Please forward it to the support@progecad.com, adding a brief description.

We look forward to receiving the information that we asked for. Thank you.

Best Regards
