Render Dialog errors

From my clients CAD system when selecting the commands (View -> Render -> Preferences),(View -> Render -> Background), or (View -> Render -> Light) I get the following errors.

"Error loading Render Settings dialog.  Please contact technical support for assistance."

"Error loading Background Properties dialog.  Please contact technical support for assistance."

"Error loading Lighting dialog.  Please contact technical support for assistance."

What is the setting to correct this.

System Information:
progeCAD Professional 2010
Windows XP Pro. Sp3
HP Compaq dc7900
Intel 2 Duo CPU
E8400 @ 3.00 GHz, 1.97 GHz, 1.94 GB RAM
Disk Space Free 105 GB

Thank you.

When you are experiencing rendering commands not being recognized you have to follow this procedure:

1. Close progeCAD
2. Open the progeCAD installation folder: to do it right click the progeCAD launching icon, select the "Properties" option and click the "Open File Location" button.
3. Look for the "RenderUIv52.dll" file in the progeCAD installation folder.
4. Open the Windows "Start" menu that you find in the bottom left corner.
5. Select "All Programs"
6. Open the "Accessories" folder
7. Right click the "Command Prompt" icon and select the "Run as administrator" option. The "Administrator: Command Prompt" dialog box will be displayed.
8. Select the "Command Prompt" dialog box, in the blank area you type regsvr32, a blank space, and drag the "RenderUIv52.dll" file after the blank space.
Something similar to the following text should be displayed:

C:\Windows\system32>regsvr32 "C:\Program Files (x86)\progeCAD\progeCAD 2011 Professional ENG\RenderUIv52.dll"

9. Press <Enter>
