Trial software worked great, purchased, and now won't work.....very frustrated

I can't open progeCAD....error message and shut down. Trial software was great, purchased it, then after download I get error /shut down.  Last night deleted, then reloaded, but still same problem.  I have a deadline today and I'm VERY frustrated.

to better investigate the occurring issue, we'd like to receive a sample image regarding the displayed warning message.

We would advise you to re-install the progeCAD software.
Please be sure to have the anti-virus / anti-spam software deactivated while installing progeCAD 2011 Professional.
They could affect the installation process disabling certain necessary parts installation.
The software behavior could be modified giving undesired resuts.

I tried loading it (3x)....same thing, when I try to open software I get an error message and shut down.
system error loading "C:\program files\progeCAD\progeCAD2011 professional eng\custutils.dll" (193)

any other thoughts?

Do you use any antivirus software? I had the same problem with the COMODO Internet Security Premium, but I solved it somehow.
