How do I use the system variable basept to set an origin?

I could not find any reference to basept in the printable help file for ProgeCAD. So I do not know how to use basept.

Type in the command line [UCS]. Press [Enter]. Type [o]. [Enter]. Type the new origin coordinates, separated by comma (for example 1,2,5). [Enter]

You can check the origin point coordinates using the system variable UCSORG.

This does not change the origin in the WCS. My question was how to change the origin in the WCS.
I don't think that WCS can be changed.
WCS is not changeable. It is fixpoint. You can use UCS or You must move entities to new destination. Be aware about frozen and locked layers.
