When this happens, it is usually caused by not setting the progeEARTH paths in the CAD system.

To set the paths, Go to Tools -- Options...
Click the "Paths/Files" tab
Add the following paths to the progeCAD search paths:
You can add them under drawings or menus.
(assumes the default installation)
c:\Program Files\CogoSoftware\dpcogo
c:\Program Files\CogoSoftware\dpcogo\dwglib
c:\Program Files\CogoSoftware\dpcogo\toolbar
c:\Program Files\CogoSoftware\dpdtm
c:\Program Files\CogoSoftware\dproad

Re-start the CAD program and the commands will now work.
