JPG and PDF virtual printers don't work

In the printer set-up, the status is always "error".  If I follow through with the rest of the set-up, the program hangs, or I get a blankk file.  There seems to be a user name and activation key required for the Amyuni converter when I click through on properties and the Security tab.

Hello John,

Please follow these steps:

1. Close progeCAD
2. Open the Windows "Start "menu > type "Run" in the blank area. Delete the text you would eventually find and press <Enter>.
3. Right-click the progeCAD icon > select "Properties"> "Find Target"> open the "PDFADD" named folder
4. Look for the "Install.exe" file and drag it in the "Run" box, on the text bar, this way an address should automatically appear
5. At the end of the address, leave a blank space and type "-u"; after that press the "ok" key
"C:\Program Files (x86)\progeCAD\progeCAD 2011 Professional ENG\PDFADD\install.exe" -u
6. After you remove all the installed PDF/JPG printers, following the proposed steps,
re-install them via the attached progeCAD PDF-JPG Printers v4.0 (ENG).ex_  file.
To be able to do it you have to rename it to the correct exe extension.

Please be sure that you have your anti-virus/anti-spam softwares deactivated during the installation process.
These could influence the installation process giving undesired results.

Please let us know if the occurring issue solved, acting the proposed way. Thank you.

Best Regards
