The plot settings for paper keep defaulting to metric units, instead of inches. How is this stopped?

The plot settings for the paper keep defaulting back to metric units, with a resulting loss of scale. I am using B(tabloid) paper. This happens each time the plot box is opened. This then also changes all the settings in the layout managers. They will work until the plot box is opened.

Dear Customer,

could you please better explain the reported issue?
Please send us the list of steps to reproduce it the correct way.

The progeCAD 2011 Professional version only keeps layout settings on specific machines,
where a particular printing device has been installed.
If the file origin is different, which means that the printing device/specific software are not the same,
the printing settings would be restored to the Default configuration.

The printing settings are recorded in the new drawing only the first time you save it.
Afterwards they would always be reset to this configuration, you could no longer modify them.

When you open a new drawing, the printing settings been automatically applied are those been set for the Default Printing device active on your specific machine.

Did you select the English dimension settings, while opening the new file?
You said that you experienced the same occurring issue with all of your files.
Also with the ones that you opened selecting the English option and that you saved afterwards?

In the Plot dialog, look at the 'Save Changes to Layout' option. Is this active? Do you verify the same occurring issue, if you deactivate it? Please let us know.

In addition, we'd like to receive a sample drawing to directly verify the reported issue.

We look forward to receive the required data. Thank you.

Best regards
