How can I export or save a solid model in IGES or STEP format?

I am using a trial version of ProgeCad2013.  I also have the free version of ProgeCad2009. I am trying to see if it can export or save a solid model in IGES or STEP format so that I may import it into a FEA preprocessor for meshing.

I tried unsucessfully to find a conversion program to convert DXF or DWG files to IGES or STEP. I suppose that they do not exist.

Any information would be helpful.

We used to have a third party add-on to accomplish but we do not carry those products anymore due to the developer stopping their reseller program. Go to http://www.sycode.com and they should have something allowing you to convert to iges and step. I can't remember if they do just output or just input. If you don't find a solution there you can also try, for a much steeper price tag, the transmagic converters, http://www.transmagic.com.
