ProgeCAD 2013 Professional Trial Version..I create dwg and dwt files, but it won't reopen them later..

To start, I'm using Parallels 7 on a Mac 10.7.5 with 4 Gb of Ram.  3.1 mHz proc.  1 Gb of Ram assigned to parallels.

I create dwg and dwt files without a problem.  But, if I come back and try to reopen the dwg files or use a template I created (dwt), it won't open them.  The files exist, but still won't open even when I double-click the file to open it.  And, the files are set to use ProgeCAD with the proper association.  So far, not real happy with this software.

You don't mention if there is any feedback when trying to open these files. Is there an error message that is displayed? Have you tried opening progeCAD and then using the file->open command? What is the result? Were the files originally built in AutoCAD? Try running audit or recover on them to clean them up before using in progeCAD.

There is no error message.  The only thing I see in the command line after using 'File/Open' is: _open

These files I tried to open were created by me in ProgeCAD 13 Pro Trial version.  I created .dwt and .dwg files.  Neither will open.

I am fairly fluent with AutoCAD 2000 and recognize most of the commands and creating layers.

These drawings I created in the AutoCAD 2010 dwg environment.

I just went and double clicked a file that I had created and that I had associated with ProgeCAD and it didn't open, however, I did get an error message in the command line.

Unable to recognize command "menu-easyarch.mnu".  Please try again.
EasyArch loaded

Don't know if this helps, but it's all I could find now.

OK, so I uninstalled ProgeCad 2013 and reinstalled without the architectural plugin.  Still will not open a dwg or dwt file that I created in the software.

Based on the poor support I've received on this site...I've decided the best choice would be to not buy this product.  It was my first choice but support is a major part of a purchase.
