How do I open a new drawing WITHOUT the grid on.

When I open the program it defaults to a new drawing page that shows the grid. Can I set the program to open without the grid showing.
Thanks    Doug

the drawing progeCAD starts from by default is the icad.dwg or perhaps pcad.dwg. Turn the grid off in that drawing and progeCAD won't have it on when you begin. When you start a new drawing, there may be other drawings that may be used that are found in the templates folder and have a different extension other than dwg (thats not a problem since they are dwg files and you can open them as such). These would be used if you start the drawing with a preset template which has built in size and/or title block.
