Why doesn't my lisp routine load from icad.lsp?

I'm having some confusion why my lisp routine isn't loading automatically on my desktop machine, but does on my laptop. I have used the same procedures to load my lisp routine on both computers.

1.  Created a file called "icad.lsp" in this folder: Program Files (x86) --> ProgeCAD --> progeCAD 2013 Professional ENG --> icad.lsp.

2.  In the icad.lsp file I saved this entry: (load "C:\\CAD drafter files\\LISP\\MyRoutines\\DWGFIX.lsp") which is where my routine is located.

3.  Started progeCAD 2013 and opened a drawing. In the command bar I typed DWGFIX.

This works fine on my laptop, but not my desktop computer-Why? One diference is that my laptop is Windows 7 Home Premium and my desktop is Windows 7 Enterprise. Would this make a diference?

Thanks for suggestions.

Hello Howard,

to further investigate the reported issue, we'd like to receive the mentioned DWGFIX.lsp file, and information regarding your machines.

To create the required records, in a fast and easy way, please download the required PC_info.bat file from the following link:

http://software.progesoft.com/download/dl.php?id=csr328vm4854lu2D2Epc3ggtl6b5i1l8cm2Dnkmtlmodfurv

Double click the obtained  pc_info.bat file.
Afterwards, go to the c:\temp folder and wait for the PC_info.txt file to be created (it would take some seconds).

Please send the required data to the icadsupport@progecad.com email address. Thank you.

Best regards
