Problems Printing to PDF

I'm having the same problem. When you say remove all PDF generators from the machine, does this mean I'd have to remove Adobe? Is there a way to fix the problem without removing my Adobe PDF printer? I use that program as much as I use ProgeCAD.

I have seen issues with having two different PDF generators vying to fulfill the same progeCAD job, and I don't believe you can have two on the same machine or you will continue to have issues. I will ask one of the support gurus to specifically address this issue to find out if there is another solution...

Dear progeCAD Customer,

to be able to assist you the correct way, we'd like you to better explain the reported issue.
You reported that it takes you a long time to print your drawings to PDF, employing the progeCAD PDF Printer, and you are not able to complete the printing process with the Adobe Printer, correct?
Are you using the progeCAD 2013 Professional version?
Did you verify the same occurring issue with all of your drawings? With specific ones? Please send us a sample copy of an interested document.

We are looking forward to receiving the required information/data, please forward them  to the following email address:
