3D Rotation!

I am trying to rotate a surface in the same way that I had done successfully & frequently before but not with ProgeCAD. I don't know why I have problem to do it with progeCAD.
1- I use "ucs" command: UCS...then "Y"...then "90"
2- now I want to rotate my surface in XY surface:
Rotate...rotation point....rotation angle....
3- I can not see the rotation as it moves in the 3D space in a way that the object can not be seen!
Appreciate any comment or advise you could offer.

Hello Nasrin,

please forward a sample copy of the drawing, where the mentioned surface is present, to the icadsupport@progecad.com email address.
In addition, we'd like to receive the complete list of steps, to directly reproduce your report.
This way, we will be able to better investigate it, and to assist you the best way.

Thank you.

Best regards

Thanks for your reply. I can do this job with 3D Rotation command successfully and even much easier than it with AutoCAD! However, fixing the rotating using UCS commands will help me to do many operations in 3D coordinates.
