I applied for a renewal of an educational license over a month ago with no response, what is going on??

We have used ProgeCAD for many years. A month ago our license expired and we followed all directions for a renewal. We have heard nothing, I have emailed every contact I can find with ProgeSoft and NO ONE will respond. What is going on?

Your application has been processed and we should hear back about it fairly quickly. I can not speak for the head office on why your original application had not been processed in a timely manner, but we do not have any input or control over the application you filled out on the head office website.

However, once you filled out the form for the North American program we processed it as quickly as our resources allowed us to.
