Open DWG from Explorer fails

When launching progeCAD 2013 Pro via double clicking certain DWG's, the file fails to open. If progeCAD is started first....then one double clicks the file in exporer, the file opens successfully.
I have told my users to start the progeCAD program first, then open the DWG via the program's file menu or double click from explorer after the program has started as a work-around.

Dear progeCAD Customer,

did you already try to re-install the progeCAD software?
Still experiencing the same reported issue, the mentioned DWG format drawings not being opened, together with progeCAD 2013, as expected?
In case, we suggest you to restore your progeCAD installation to the Default configuration:

1. Close progeCAD 2013 Professional
2. Open the progeCAD installation folder
3. Access the 'center' sub-folder, and run the contained Center.exe application
4. In the appearing dialog, select Utility > Toolbar and Menu
5. Continue
6. Select the Default profile, in case this is the active one
7. Check all the proposed options, in case you selected the Default profile, ad go on with the process
8. Continue

Thank you for your attention.

Best regards

Thank you for your response. It didn't help with the issue in this case but it is good to know how to reset the configuration especially for issues regarding interface/toolbar/configuration problems.

The file(s) in question were marked as "read-only" (i.e. the file properties attribute rather than NTFS permission).

Once the file attribute was cleared, double clicking to open and launch progeCAD worked correctly.

I wonder if this should be logged as a flaw for correction in a later build? Previous to making the file attribute change I would be prompted that the file was read only, however it would open progeCAD and not successfully open the file when double clicking it in explorer. If progeCAD was all ready running...I would receive the read-only prompt but the file would open correctly.

This issue occurs for us with local or network files with the "read-only" attribute.
