Are there known issues running ProgeCad on a 32-bit laptop?

I have a user that was using an Win7Pro/i5/64-bit/4gb laptop and switched him over to a Win7Pro/i7/32-bit/4gb laptop.  He now is having issues with multiple drawings being open at the same time and progeCAD crashing.  Are there any known issues with using progeCAD on this platform?

do you own a progeCAD 2014 Professional license? It was developed to be installed both on Windows 32 and 64 bit Operating systems. This could not be focused as the origin of unexpected behaviors.

Did you already try to re-install progeCAD, deactivating the Anti-Virus/Anti-Spam softwares?
They could affect it disabling certain necessary parts installation, the software behavior could be modified giving undesired results.

Did you experience the reported issue with the same drawings that you previously were able to open, on our previous installation?
Did you already check if errors are present, in these documents?

We look forward to receiving the required information, please forward it to the support@progecad.com email address. Thank you.
