Load Application crashes progeCAD 2014

Upgraded from progeCAD 2013 to 2014 yesterday.
I tried to use Load Application to load one of my LISP routines. After selecting the routine when I hit "load" progeCAD crashes.
I tried several routines that have loaded and worked well in progeCAD 2013.

Update on LISP routines not loading.
I re-installed progeCAD 2014 but it still crashes after I select a LISP file to load.
When using the trial version of pcad 2014 this problem didn't exist. The problem may have started after uninstalling pcad 2013.

Thank you Salvatore. I have used the repair process to fix the menu, but didn't think to use repair again to fix loading LISP routines.
It is working now.
