I am (now) not able to change pdf's to dxf drawing. It says, "contains incorrect or corrupt information".

No problem before, but now I cannot convert pdf's to dxf/dwg without getting an error message: " invalid index - unable to recover this DRAWING, it contains incorrect or corrupt information". I have run scans and still have the same problem.  Should I reload ProgeCAD?

Dear progeCAD Customer,

did you experience the reported issue with the same drawings you previously were able to convert?
Could you please forward a sample copy? This way, we will be able to further investigate it.

Right now, we suggest you to restore your installation to the Default Configuration, and to verify if you still experience the same unexpected feedback:

1. Close progeCAD 2014 Professional
2. Open the Windows Start > All Programs > progeCAD 2014 Professional menu and select the progeCAD Center
3. In the appearing dialog, select Settings > Repair
4. Continue
5. Select the active profile, that you want to reset
6. Please tick all the available boxes (in particular, "Delete profile" and "Delete local settings files"), only in case you selected the Default profile, and go on with the process
7. Continue

Please notice THIS WILL REMOVE ANY CHANGE PREVIOUSLY APPLIED to the progeCAD TOOLBARS and MENUS, that will be RESTORED to the DEFAULT configuration.

We look forward to receiving your feedback and the required data, if necessary. Please forward them to the following email address:
support@progecad.com

Thank you.

Best regards
