Publish a set of drawings with Print Area Extents

I have received a set of drawings from someone else.  I would like to publish the entire set of drawings to a PDF file.  I don't have any problems with setting up the print to device or setting all drawings to monochrome.  My problem is when the drawings were saved, many were saved with the print properties set to DISPLAY and they aren't displaying the entire drawing.  I want to override the print area to EXTENTS for all drawings.

Dear progeCAD Customer,

the progeCAD PUBLISH command let you print multiple drawings to the activated format, simultaneously.

In case a paper format was not previously set, ZOOM to Extents will automatically be applied. Otherwise, your previous print settings will be considered.

The only way to assure that all of your drawings are published the desired way, is to go the specific layout that you want to print, and to verify that the correct print settings are active.

From the Publish dialog, you won't be able to modify them.

We look forward to receiving your feedback. Please send it to the support@progecad.com email address. Thank you.

Best regards
