Should I uninstall version 2014 before installing "upgrade" to 2016?

The description sounds like a new install rather than an upgrade to an existing program.  Also, I'm new to ProgeCAD and not sure if their new releases are buggy.

It is not necessary to remove progeCAD 2014 before installing progeCAD 2016. Be aware that if you purchase or receive an upgrade to progeCAD 2016 you are not legally able to continue to operate progeCAD 2014. We understand if you wish to run progeCAD 2016 in trial mode and to switch back to 2014 if necessary, however, when you have completed your licensing of the 2016 version we do request you remove your previous version.
