How to Dim Update dimensions in Model Space to a fixed size on Paper Space?

I have several viewports of different zoom factors and want to use Dim Update so that regardless of the zoom factor, any dimensions will appear with the same text size on Paper Space.

As an example, I have text size set to 1/4" and have two viewports. One viewport is set at 100 zoom factor and another at 0.5 zoom factor. I want to be able to Dim Update such that the Dim Scale Overall will adjust accordingly.

I've tried fiddling with the "Scale to dimension features" within the Dimension Styles Manager but was told in a previous email with a ProgeCAD tech that "Scale dimension to layout" only applies to dimension drawn on Paper Space. I don't notice any difference with Annotative either.

What settings am I to use so that the dimensions can be updated to appear the same size on Paper Space?

Thank you,
